I don't think I have ever had a more satisfying writing experience than when I am writing in a paperblanks journal. (if you type in paperblanks in google, you should quickly discover the brand I am on about.) They do some of the best patterns, and are the utmost quality if you wish to have a hardback book to write in. Anyway, I am currently in a phase of working out a new project with one of my best friends, Micheal Davis whom is also on deviantART, I can't tell you much, but if you have ever been isolated in school somehow, you will be able to relate to our upcoming project.
This is also why I haven't been posting to much right now, as well as other reasons such as I am beginning my official art exam within a few weeks and I am working as hard as possible to get my grade up to an A* in preparation (for you Americans or westerners, an A+). I have to redo an entire art final piece for my first topic because I am not satisfied with it, and also I have to redo two artist studies, along with more observational studies (still life drawings) for my first project too. So a lot of work to burn through before I can get back to leisurely drawing for my brand new project.
I kind of seem to be gathering an art list of materials I want to buy recently, which are most prominently professional standard equipment. This list includes:
* Spectrum/copic markers
* Prisma/Kar'en dash colour pencils
* Windsor and Newton wedge waterpaints
* White emulsion/ Acrylic paint
* a variety of different fineliners
* Custom personal stamps
Of course, these materials, especially the copic markers, would be incredibly expensive to buy or even think of buying, however, once I finally obtain these materials, no doubt that my artwork's quality will improve dramatically, so I am not going to give up my dream of owning these fabulous professional standard art materials.
Also, I want to take the time to say, thank you to my deviant watches who constantly brighten my day by favorating my work, commenting and on occasion, send me a llama
epically a big thank you to Scarlet-Chuppa (I think that is right) whom I almost always see upon my page somewhere, commenting away. Thanks a bunch! go check out their page
